Quick Help

Get help with signing in, verification, account access, or deleting your account. In Lummra, account deletion is available under Settings → Delete account. Never send your password or verification code.

Premium is available under More → Premium, and Cosmic Market items are under More → Shop. Use Restore Purchases if an Apple purchase does not appear. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple subscription settings. Never send payment-card information.

Use Settings → Privacy & Safety to manage blocked accounts or request your data. To permanently delete your Lummra account, go to Settings → Delete account. Review the Privacy Policy below or contact support if you cannot access these controls. Do not include sensitive personal information in the support form.

To report a post, open the post’s quick-actions menu and select Report. To report a comment, tap the three-dot menu beside the comment and select Report. Choose a reason, add optional details, and submit. To block an account, open the user’s profile, tap the three-dot menu, and select Block. You can manage blocked accounts in Settings → Privacy & Safety. Eligible moderation decisions can be appealed in the app. Use the support form only if the content is no longer accessible or you need additional help. Do not include sensitive personal information.

Use the support form to report a bug or suggest an improvement. For technical problems, include your device model, iOS version, Lummra version, and the steps that produced the issue.
