1. Introduction

Divine Feminine Ventures Inc ("Divine") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how Divine collects, uses, shares, and safeguards data when you use Lummra Social (the "Services"), a social media platform for users 16+. It applies to all users and complies with applicable laws like GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California). By using the Services, you consent to this Policy. Divine enforces a strict 16+ age gate and does not knowingly collect data from users under 16. Divine does not collect or verify parental consent for any users. Divine may update this Policy.  Check in-app notifications for changes.

2. Information Divine Collects:

- Information You Provide: Account details (name, username, email, phone, birthdate to verify 16+), user Content (posts, comments, videos, metadata), messages, contacts (with permission), purchase information, survey responses.

- Automatically Collected: usage data (views, interactions), device information (IP address, OS, device ID, browser type), location (approximate via IP; precise only with consent), cookies/trackers for analytics and advertisements.

- From Others: Data from linked third-party logins (e.g., Google), advertisers (interaction history), or reports about you.

Divine does not collect sensitive data (e.g., health, race) unless necessary and with consent.

3. Divine uses Your Information/Data to:

- Provide and improve Services (e.g., personalize feeds, moderate content via AI).

- Communicate (e.g., updates, support).

- Analyze usage and develop features (e.g., aggregated trends).

- Deliver targeted advertisements (non-personalized for under-18s where required).

- Ensure safety

- Comply with laws (e.g., respond to requests).

- Facilitate sharing (e.g., with friends).

By submitting a content moderation appeal, you agree that your appeal, with usernames removed, may be used to improve and train Divine's content moderation systems.

Divine processes data based on consent, contract necessity, legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention), or legal obligations. No automated decisions with legal effects are made without the option to opt-out.

4. Sharing Your Information

Divine shares data:

-With users: Public posts visible to others; private messages to recipients.

-Service Providers: For hosting, analytics, moderation (e.g., AI vendors under strict agreements; no selling data).

-Affiliates/Partners: For operations or advertisements (aggregated/anonymized).

-Legal/Business: In mergers, court orders, or to protect rights/safety.

-Third Parties: With consent (e.g., login providers) or for features (e.g., sharing to external apps).

Divine does not sell personal data or share for unrelated behavioral advertisements. International transfers use safeguards like Standard Contractual Clause for GDPR. For 16+ users, sharing respects age-based limits.

5. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed at children under 16. Divine enforces a strict 16+ age gate at signup and does not knowingly collect data from younger users. If Divine learns of underage data, Divine deletes it promptly and terminates accounts, per COPPA and GDPR. Divine does not collect or verify parental consent for users aged 16-17; ensuring and obtaining such consent is the responsibility of the user and their parents or guardians.

6. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

You have rights to:

- Access, correct, update, or delete your data via in-app settings or support@divinefeminineventures.com.

- Opt out of targeted advertisements via app settings.

- Download/port your data.

- Appeal decisions.  When you appeal a content decision, Divine reviews your appeal and uses it to train and improve its automated content-review system. Divine removes your username before an appeal is used for this purpose.  Divine does not sell your data, share it with third-party AI providers, or use it to build any product unrelated to keeping the community safe.

For GDPR/CCPA: Submit verified requests; Divine responds within 30-45 days. No discrimination for exercising rights. California residents: Divine does not sell your personal data and honors Global Privacy Control signals.

7. Data Security and Retention

Divine uses reasonable security (e.g., encryption) but cannot guarantee absolute protection. Data is retained as needed for Services (e.g., posts until deleted) or legal reasons, then anonymized/deleted.

8. Changes to This Policy

Divine may update this Policy; material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
