Introduction

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") outline the rules for using Lummra Social ("Services"), a social media platform operated by Divine Feminine Ventures Inc ("Divine") for users aged 16 and older. Divine aims to foster a positive, respectful space for sharing and connecting. All users must comply with these Guidelines and Divine’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable laws.

Divine uses a combination of AI tools and human moderators to enforce these Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or termination.

Divine may update these Guidelines at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Guidelines.

1. Be Safe and Respectful

1.1 No Harassment or Bullying

Do not target others with threats, abuse, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact. This includes:

• Cyberbullying or coordinated harassment campaigns
• Doxxing (sharing private information such as home addresses, phone numbers, or personal documents without consent)
• Stalking or persistent unwanted messaging
• Encouraging others to harass someone
• Threats of violence or harm

1.2 No Hate Speech

Content that promotes discrimination, violence, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics is not allowed.

This includes slurs, dehumanizing language, symbols of hate groups, and content that incites violence or discrimination against protected groups.

1.3 Zero Tolerance for Misogyny

Divine strictly prohibit any content that degrades, objectifies, or incites harm against women or girls, including:

• Sexist tropes, slut-shaming, or victim-blaming
• Gender-based stereotypes used to demean or diminish
• Dismissive comments about women's achievements, opinions, or safety concerns
• Content that objectifies women or promotes violence against women
• Advocacy for denying women's rights or freedoms
• Threats or encouragement of gender-based violence

This includes both explicit and subtle forms of misogyny. Divine recognizes that misogyny can intersect with other forms of discrimination and will evaluate content holistically.

1.4 Self-Harm and Suicide Prevention

Do not glorify, encourage, or provide instructions for self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide. Do not post content that romanticizes or normalizes self-destructive behaviors.

If you see concerning content, please report it immediately. Divine may reach out to users posting concerning content to offer support information.

2. Keep Content Appropriate

2.1 No Illegal Content

Strictly prohibited content includes:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors
• Non-consensual intimate images ("revenge porn" or intimate images shared without consent)
• Human trafficking, exploitation, or modern slavery
• Sale or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, or controlled substances
• Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances
• Content facilitating illegal activities (fraud, identity theft, hacking)
• Terrorism, violent extremism, or content from organized hate groups

2.2 No Violent Content

Do not post content that depicts, glorifies, or encourages violence, including:

• Graphic violence, gore, or severe injury
• Animal cruelty or abuse
• Credible threats of violence against individuals or groups
• Content that encourages or instructs others to commit violent acts
• Glorification of mass violence, school shootings, or terrorist attacks

News reporting or educational content about violence may be allowed if properly contextualized and not gratuitous.

2.3 No Adult or Explicit Material

As a 16+ platform, Divine prohibits:

• Nudity or partial nudity (including exposed genitals, buttocks, or female nipples/areolas)
• Sexual activity or sexually explicit content
• Sexually suggestive content, including provocative poses, strip teases, or focus on intimate body parts
• Content depicting or promoting sexual services, escort services, or prostitution
• Sexual or suggestive content involving minors (real or depicted)

Evaluation criteria: Content will be evaluated based on:

• Whether the primary purpose appears to be sexual arousal or gratification
• Whether the context sexualizes individuals
• Body language, clothing, camera angles, and accompanying text or audio
• Whether minors could be depicted or targeted

When in doubt, err on the side of caution and avoid posting borderline content.

Limited exceptions: Medical, educational, or artistic content may be evaluated case-by-case but must be:

• Clearly educational or clinical in nature
• Appropriate for a 16+ audience
• Not gratuitous or sexualized
• Properly contextualized with warnings where appropriate

2.4 Harmful Misinformation

Do not post demonstrably false content that could cause serious harm, specifically:

Health Misinformation:

• False claims about cures or treatments for serious diseases
• Medically dangerous health advice
• Misinformation that could discourage someone from seeking legitimate medical care

Election Interference:

• False information about voting procedures, locations, or eligibility
• Fraudulent claims about election outcomes intended to undermine democratic processes
• Voter suppression tactics

Financial Scams:

• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing that misrepresents earnings
• "Get rich quick" scams or fraudulent investment schemes
• Impersonation for financial fraud

Crisis Misinformation:

• False emergency alerts or warnings
• Misinformation during natural disasters that could endanger people

Our Approach: Divine may add context labels, limit distribution, or remove content depending on severity and potential for harm. Divine encourages fact-based sharing and critical thinking. Disagreement or debate on contested topics is allowed, but deliberate deception intended to cause harm is not.

2.5 Dangerous Activities

Do not post content that provides instructions or encourages participation in activities likely to cause serious injury or death, including:

• Dangerous stunts or challenges
• Instructions for self-harm
• Dangerous misuse of weapons or substances

3. Be Authentic and Original

3.1 No Spam or Manipulation

Prohibited activities include:

• Posting repetitive, automated, or mass-produced content
• Using bots or fake accounts to inflate engagement, followers, or views
• Engagement bait ("like for X, comment for Y," "share or you'll have bad luck")
• Artificially manipulating algorithms, trending features, or recommendations
• Commercial spam or unsolicited promotional content without Divine's approval
• Mass following/unfollowing to gain attention
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or amplify your reach

3.2 Respect Intellectual Property

• Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Credit original creators when sharing or remixing others' work
• Obtain permission before posting someone else's content
• Do not claim others' work as your own

3.3 No Impersonation

• Do not pretend to be another person, brand, organization, or public figure
• Parody, satire, commentary, and fan accounts must be clearly labeled as such (e.g., "Parody Account" or "Fan Page" in bio)
• Do not use misleading profile information, photos, or usernames to deceive others
• Do not impersonate Divine staff or claim false affiliation with Divine

4. Age-Appropriate Content and Interactions

4.1 Age Requirements

• All users must be at least 16 years old
• At signup, users provide their birthdate and agree they meet the age requirement
• If Divine discovers an underage user, the account will be terminated immediately and data deleted per COPPA and GDPR
• Attempting to create accounts for users under 16 is prohibited

4.2 Protection of Minors

Content Creation:

• Do not create content specifically targeting audiences under 16
• Do not create content that could endanger minors or facilitate exploitation

Contact with Minors:

• Do not attempt to contact minors (users aged 16-17) for grooming, sexual purposes, or to arrange in-person meetings
• Adults should not initiate private messages with users aged 16-17 unless there is a legitimate, non-romantic reason (e.g., professional collaboration, educational mentorship with parental knowledge)
• Do not solicit personal information from minors

Safety Features:

• For users aged 16-17, Divine may limit certain features including:
  • Private direct messages from adults they don't follow
  • Location sharing capabilities
  • Ability to be contacted by strangers
  • Participation in certain community features

4.3 Parental Responsibility

• If you are under 18, ensure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Guidelines and our Terms of Service with you
• Parents or legal guardians of users aged 16-17 may request information about their child's account by contacting support@divinefeminineventures.com with proof of guardianship

5. Moderation and Reporting

5.1 Our Moderation Process

Divine employs a multi-layered approach:

AI Scanning: Real-time detection of prohibited content using:

• Keyword detection and pattern recognition
• Image and video analysis
• Context models for nuanced violations
• Specialized detection for misogynistic language, hate speech, and harassment patterns

Human Review: Trained moderators handle:

• Flagged content requiring judgment
• Appeals and contested decisions
• Nuanced cases that AI cannot reliably assess
• Policy clarification and edge cases

User Reports: Community-driven identification of violations through in-app reporting tools

We prioritize transparency and will provide explanations for content removals when feasible.

5.2 How to Report Issues

In-App Reporting:

1. Click the "Report" button on any post, comment, or profile
2. Select the violation type
3. Provide additional context if helpful
4. Submit the report

Your reports are confidential. Divine investigates all reports promptly.

What Happens Next:

• Reports are reviewed within 24-48 hours (urgent safety issues prioritized immediately)
• Action is taken if violations are confirmed
• You may receive notification of the outcome depending on the situation

For transparency, Divine may publish aggregated enforcement statistics periodically.

5.3 Appeals Process

If you believe your content was removed in error or your account was restricted unfairly:

How to Appeal:

1. Click "Appeal" on the removal notification (if available), or
2. Email: moderation@divinefeminineventures.com with:
   • Your username
   • Description of the content or action in question
   • Explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect

Response Time: Expect a response within 72 hours from a human reviewer.

Appeal Outcomes:

• Appeal decisions are typically final
• If you believe your appeal was not properly considered, you may contact moderation@divinefeminineventures.com for further review
• EU users may also contact supervisory authorities if they believe their rights have been violated

Note: Repeated frivolous appeals or abuse of the appeal system may result in loss of appeal privileges.

6. Enforcement Actions

6.1 Graduated Enforcement

Divine applies proportionate consequences based on violation severity and user history:

First-time minor violations:

• Warning notice with educational resources
• Temporary content restriction (24-48 hours)
• Required acknowledgment of Guidelines

Repeat violations:

• Content removal
• 7-30 day account suspension
• Permanent loss of specific features (e.g., video upload, direct messaging, commenting)

Severe violations:

• Immediate permanent account ban
• Content reported to law enforcement where legally required
• IP/device ban to prevent circumvention

Factors Divine Considers:

• Severity of the violation
• Intent (accidental vs. deliberate)
• User history and prior violations
• Potential for harm
• Whether the user has shown willingness to follow Guidelines

6.2 Zero Tolerance Violations

The following result in immediate permanent ban without warning:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn)
• Credible threats of violence or terrorism
• Doxxing (sharing private information) with intent to endanger or harass
• Hate crimes, severe misogyny, racism, or targeted harassment campaigns
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior or platform manipulation
• Attempts to evade previous bans (creating new accounts after being banned)

6.3 Legal Reporting

Divine cooperates with law enforcement and reports:

• CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement
• Credible threats of violence or terrorism to appropriate authorities
• Human trafficking or exploitation to relevant agencies
• Other illegal activity as required by law

Divine may preserve evidence and account information for law enforcement investigations.

6.4 Global Enforcement

Divine enforces these Guidelines consistently across all regions while respecting mandatory local laws. Content that is legal in one jurisdiction but illegal in another may be geo-restricted rather than globally removed.

Some jurisdictions have additional requirements that may affect enforcement:

• EU: GDPR compliance, DSA requirements
• Germany: NetzDG requirements
• UK: Online Safety Act considerations

7. Additional Policies

These Guidelines work in conjunction with:

• Terms of Service: Legal agreement governing your use of the Services
• Privacy Policy: How Divine collects, uses, and protects your data
• Deepfake & AI-Generated Content Policy: Rules for synthetic media (Section 11 of Terms of Service)

8. Divine’s Commitment

Divine wants Lummra Social to be a place where everyone—especially women and girls—feels welcome, safe, and empowered to express themselves authentically. Divine is committed to:

• Proactive and responsive enforcement of anti-harassment and anti-misogyny policies
• Continuous improvement of Divine’s AI and human moderation systems
• Transparency in Divine’s enforcement decisions and appeal processes
• Listening to community feedback and adapting Divine’s policies accordingly
• Working with safety experts and community advocates

Divine recognizes that content moderation is challenging and Divine won't always get it right. When Divine makes mistakes, Divine commits to learning from them and improving Divine’s systems.

9. Updates to These Guidelines

Divine may update these Guidelines to address:

• New types of harmful content or behavior
• Changes in applicable laws
• Platform feature updates
• Community feedback and evolving safety needs

Notice of Changes: 

Material changes will be announced via in-app notification with at least 30 days notice before enforcement (except urgent safety updates requiring immediate action). Divine may also send email notifications if available.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Guidelines.
